AUTODOC is a leading online retailer for vehicle parts/accessories in Europe and has developed into one of the most exciting web companies since its foundation 14 years ago in Berlin. To optimize treasury and payment transactions, AUTODOC decided to implement a Treasury Management System (TMS) in 2022. In the FIS workshop, Kai Bremer, Director Treasury at AUTODOC, provides best practice insights into the selection and decision-making process as well as the workflow of the TMS project of AUTODOC and FIS.
