The Supply Chain Act creates new challenges. The companies concerned must ensure that human rights are observed in their supply chains and that environmental due diligence requirements are met. The law applies to all companies with 3,000 or more employees as of Jan. 1, 2023. Non-compliance can result in severe penalties. We would like to discuss with you whether and how the treasury and the human rights officer can work together to manage new complex tasks and how banks can support companies with supply chain finance.
