The presentation highlights the initial situation of Porsche Holding in the cash application process before the migration to SAP S/4Hana as well as the results of the pilot project with Serrala for optimization and automation. In addition, the reasons for choosing Serrala and its advantages over the SAP standard will be explained. Finally, there is a detailed outlook on the next steps and the planned rollout to the remaining Porsche Holding companies.
