Fresenius is a global healthcare company with sales in over 100 countries. By introducing the TIS platform worldwide as a central payment’s hub, Fresenius has achieved significant cost savings, improved SAP integration, and expanded the options for central functions.
As part of the deconsolidation of its subsidiary Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) at the end of 2023, Fresenius faced the challenge of implementing a global "TIS carve-out" for the previously fully integrated and also globally positioned subsidiary.
