How can the "moving target" be tamed using flexible TMS? In this workshop, we would like to highlight our organizational complexity, which is intensified by further digital initiatives. In this context, we will discuss the importance of a flexible system that allows end users in the specialist area to configure complex issues in the system interface in order to be able to react flexibly to new requirements as they arise.
