The in-house development Cora-X is a know-your-customer tool from LBBW. It provides automated support for customer onboarding and data updates at LBBW.
Together with the Bundesanzeiger as a development partner, LBBW has managed to digitize a completely manual know-your-customer process.
The process reduces the workload for employees and also for end customers.
