The world of work is changing. In addition to digitalization and economic and ecological developments, demographics are having a significant impact. In the next 10 years, around 11 million baby boomers will leave the workforce. At the same time, only 6.5 million young people will enter the labor market (in Germany) under current conditions. The need for (re)shaping is great and affects all areas: Companies, markets, society, politics, private life.
