Important change since the 2024 Finance Symposium:

• In December 2023, the city council of Mannheim decided to introduce an accommodation tax , which has been levied since March 1, 2024. The tax amounts to 3.5% of the net accommodation price (excluding VAT). The hotel guest is liable for the tax. Hotels in Mannheim are obliged to collect the accommodation tax from guests and pay it to the City of Mannheim. The accommodation tax is therefore automatically booked on your hotel bill and shown as such and is not yet included in the prices listed below.
• Should it be necessary for tauleo events to charge and invoice the client, e.g. in the event of cancellation after the end of the free cancellation period, no-shows, no payment on site, etc., tauleo events reserves the right to charge € 45.00 net plus 19% VAT as a processing fee.
