In the course of the company-wide S/4 migration, many treasurers are concerned with the question of whether and to what extent SAP can also be the right system solution for their department. There is also uncertainty as to how the resource requirements for SAP Treasury can be covered both during implementation and during ongoing operations. Our company representatives on the podium are currently at different stages of this journey - from project preparation and project approval in a conglomerate to an ongoing migration at a medium-sized family business and the recent successful go-live at a listed group. They will therefore report from different perspectives and share their experiences. Together we will discuss the decision-making process, project planning, implementation and testing as well as lessons learned. Of course, practical experience in using the new solutions in day-to-day business will also be included.
