Since 1949, Bundesanzeiger Verlag GmbH has been responsible for the publication of statutory announcements and laws in Germany through the Bundesanzeiger (Federal Gazette) and the Bundesgesetzblatt (Federal Law Gazette). Each year, over 1 million financial statements are published electronically in the Bundesanzeiger. In addition to balance sheet data, Bundesanzeiger Verlag GmbH also handles the publication of capital market information, company announcements, and official publications from both the federal and state governments.
