General information
The Finance Symposium will take place from May 6 to 8, 2026, at the RMCC in Wiesbaden.
Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 11:00 a.m. – 6:15 p.m. Thursday, May 7, 2026, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Friday, May 8, 2026, 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
The Finance Symposium will take place at the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC) in Wiesbaden: Friedrich-Ebert-Allee 1 65185 Wiesbaden
Admission is digital and fully automated. Please have the QR code you received ready. It was sent to you in advance via email, and you can find it in the event app.
You will receive your name tag on-site at the self-check-in kiosks by scanning your QR code.
Arrival
You can easily reach us by public transportation or by car.
– Train: The RMCC is just a few minutes’ walk from the main train station.
– Plane: Frankfurt Airport is about 30 minutes away.
– Car: Wiesbaden is accessible via the A66, A3, and A60 highways.

Lectures
The Finance Symposium offers a top-notch program featuring keynote speeches, panel discussions, expert presentations, and interactive sessions on current topics in treasury, finance, and digitalization.
Using the event app or the online program, you can filter by topic, speaker, or time slot to create your own personalized schedule. We deliberately chose not to provide a printed program to ensure maximum flexibility and up-to-date information.
No, registration is not required.
Partner
Numerous companies from the banking, fintech, software, consulting, and financial services sectors will showcase their solutions and innovations.
The exhibition is located in the North Hall. You can find an overview, including a floor plan, in the event app.
Networking XPress
Networking Xpress is a structured speed-networking format in which you get to know various participants during short, moderated discussion rounds. This allows you to make many new, relevant contacts in a short amount of time.
You will participate in several short discussion sessions, each time meeting new participants. The process is clearly structured and ensures a quick and straightforward exchange.
Registration is done through the event app. Since space is limited, we recommend booking early.
Gala Night & Welcome Reception
The welcome reception will take place on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the RMCC.
A relaxed atmosphere with drinks and snacks, as well as an opportunity to start networking with participants, exhibitors, and speakers.
The Gala Night will take place on the second evening of the event in Hall South at the RMCC.
An evening featuring dinner, entertainment, and plenty of opportunities for personal interaction—in a special setting. Space is limited.
Ribbons for the gala evening can be picked up at the information desk on Thursday, May 7, 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
If you pick up your ribbon after 3:00 p.m., we cannot guarantee admission, as the waiting list will open at that time.
The waiting list will open on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Please check with the information desk on site to see if you have been moved up on the list.
A smart business or business-casual dress code is recommended. There is no need to change clothes at the hotel.

Working Hub
The Working Hub offers a space to work between program activities, catch up on emails, or hold brief meetings.
The workspaces at the Working Hub are open to everyone and can be used without prior reservation.
Separate meeting booths for up to four people and phone booths are available for conversations and meetings. These can be booked via the event app. Please note that bookings are subject to availability and are limited to a maximum of two per person per day.
The meeting booths are designed for small group discussions and are equipped with seating and room dividers to create a comfortable, semi-private atmosphere.
The Working Hub offers workspaces with power outlets and Wi-Fi
Once your booking is complete, you will receive a brief confirmation in the event app. In addition, the ticket icon for the booked time slot will no longer just have a yellow border; instead, it will be entirely yellow.
Once you arrive, a hostess will show you to the meeting booth or phone booth you reserved.
Focus Area
The Focus Area is a purposefully designed quiet zone away from the main event. It offers a peaceful environment where you can take a deep breath, unwind, or enjoy a short break.
No, you don't need to register to use the Focus Area. It is available to all participants, subject to availability.
Catering
Food and beverages will be available throughout the day on all event days:
• Wednesday: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM – 1:15 PM
Flexible access to the food stations is available at any time during these hours.
A diverse and well-rounded selection spread across several stations in the event area, each with its own distinct focus. Individual offerings are available depending on demand.
Snacks, drinks, and lunch will be available during the event.
Yes, meals are included during the official event hours.
In addition to our regular menu, we also offer vegan dishes.
You can easily view the current menu and all food stations at any time in the event app. Vegan options are also clearly marked there.
