In this workshop, Swiss Post and MMG will demonstrate how they successfully transitioned from fragmented payment transactions to centralized control with SAP Advanced Payment Management (APM). The focus is on replacing SAP BCON, rule-based routing, input validation, exception and error processes, and POBO/COBO and PINO scenarios. A practical system demo will be used to clearly illustrate the architecture, governance, and lessons learned from the project.
