Kai Marzenell

Kai Marzenell has been Director of SWIFT Product Management at Broadridge since July 2021. He has been working in the payments industry and the SWIFT sector since 1998 and has extensive experience implementing complex SWIFT and ISO 20022 initiatives for banks and corporations—with a particular focus on the requirements of corporate treasury and cash management. Prior to joining Broadridge, he worked as a consultant and interim manager for clients including NatWest, KfW, Commerzbank, and in the ECB environment. He is a member of the SWIFT Corporate Working Group, SWIFT TAG Germany, the VDT, and the Frankfurt Payment Network. In the panel, he will share his practical experience on how corporations can derive real strategic value from new standards and “on-demand” SWIFT services in the form of transparency, real-time capabilities, and smart process support.
