Andreas Habersetzer

Andreas Habersetzer is a fintech entrepreneur and payments expert with over 20 years of leadership experience in fintech, finance, and consulting. He is the founder and CEO of Flowzar, where he leads the development of Flow, a digital finance assistant that autonomously manages treasury operations.

Flow integrates seamlessly with ERP systems, financial management tools, and banking infrastructure to execute financial transactions and deliver measurable efficiency and superior financial results. Before founding Flowzar, Andreas built EY’s cross-functional payments advisory business into a market leader across EMEIA and later served as EY Parthenon’s Global Payments Leader, advising leading banks, fintech companies, and corporations on payments strategy, innovation, and M&A.

Previously, as a Partner and Managing Director at Innovalue Management Advisors, he specialized in consulting and advisory services across Europe, further developing his expertise in fintech and financial transformation. Andreas holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business, where he received the Alumni Scholarship and served as a teaching assistant for Mergers & Acquisitions. He was also active in the Graduate Finance Association and the Stern Private Equity Club. He earned his BA in International Business Administration from Duale Hochschule Stuttgart, graduating with first-class honors.
