Dominik Ophoff

Dominik Ophoff is an Investment Partner at DCCP. Before joining DCCP, Mr. Ophoff spent over 25 years in investment banking at UniCredit and HypoVereinsbank, where he held various roles and leadership positions. Most recently, Mr. Ophoff served as Head of Leveraged Finance at UniCredit. In this role, he and his team arranged and closed numerous acquisition financings for German and international financial investors, as well as non-investment-grade corporate financings for corporations in the DACH region. Previously, as Head of Financial Sponsor Solutions, Mr. Ophoff and his team were responsible for LBO financings and advising national and international private equity firms in the DACH region. Prior to that, Mr. Ophoff led numerous LBO financings in Leveraged Finance and advised European and international financial sponsors. In addition, he spent six years working in the M&A team at HypoVereinsbank in Munich, where he successfully closed numerous sell-side mandates. He began his career in corporate banking at Bayerische Vereinsbank. Mr. Ophoff holds a B.Sc. (Honors) in Information Systems and International Management from the University of Birmingham and has successfully completed the CFA program.
