Guarantee Vault acts as a central digital register and depository for guarantees and maps the entire lifecycle paperlessly – from order placement to issuance, notification, and administration to changes, claims, and returns. All parties involved—clients, banks, credit insurers, platforms, and beneficiaries—work on a shared, secure database in real time (single source of truth).

Companies can order their guarantees directly via the web-based plug-and-play platform Guarantee Vault without installation, or continue to work from their existing ERP, treasury, or trade finance systems. Banks and credit insurers create and store the guarantees digitally in Guarantee Vault. Beneficiaries receive the guarantees immediately, can access them at any time, and interact directly with applicants and guarantors via integrated communication functions. All events throughout the life cycle are mapped in real time, traceably, and in an audit-proof manner.

As a market infrastructure, Guarantee Vault connects existing systems, platforms, and market participants. The solution is deliberately designed to be interoperable and supports both use via user interfaces and connection via APIs to existing cash management, treasury, or trade finance systems.
