Andreas Habersetzer

Andreas Habersetzer is a fintech entrepreneur and payments expert with over 20 years of leadership experience in Fintech, finance and consulting. He is the Founder and CEO of Flowzar, where he leads the development of Flow, a digital finance employee that autonomously runs finance operations across Treasury Management.

Flow integrates seamlessly into ERP systems, financial management tools, and banking infrastructure to execute financial transactions and deliver measurable efficiency and superior financial outcomes. Prior to founding Flowzar, Andreas built EY’s crossfunctional payments advisory business into a market leader across EMEIA and later served as EYParthenon’s Global Payments Leader, advising leading banks, fintechs, and corporates on payments strategy, innovation, and M&A.

Earlier, as Partner & Managing Director at Innovalue Management Advisors, he specialized in consulting and advisory across Europe, further shaping his expertise in Fintech and finance transformation. Andreas holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business, where he was recipient of the Alumni Scholarship and served as a Teaching Assistant for Mergers & Acquisitions. He was also active in the Graduate Finance Association and the Stern Private Equity Club. He earned his BA in Intl. Business Administration from Duale Hochschule Stuttgart, graduating with First Class Honours.
